sites, designing stores, contracting construction, and managing

- Responsible for the site selection, design,
construction, and maintenance of all corporately owned Big Apple
Bagels, My Favorite Muffins, and Brewsters Coffee facilities
throughout the US
- Provided the design and construction support,
as corporate architect, for all licensed and franchisee owned
facilities, totaling approximately 300 units globally
